PANZ Executive Council and Advisory Board wish to invite all members to the Annual General Meeting of Pakistan Association of New Zealand.
1. Any notice of motion to be considered at the AGM must be submitted to the General Secretary at panznz@gmail.com no later than 5:00 pm, Friday 19 November 2021. Such notices must be in writing and signed by a proposer and a seconder, both of whom must be Paid members.
2. Only Paid members shall have the right to vote at the AGM.
3. All existing paid members and those intending to become new paid members of PANZ must fill in the membership application form and pay their annual subscription no later than 5:00 pm, Friday 19 November 2021 to participate in the AGM.
