The Annual General Meeting of Pakistan Association of New Zealand was successfully held on (05/12/2021) at Zoom Virtual Meeting and in-person with Covid-19 protocols. We sincerely thank our community members especially, our paid members who attended AGM & completed the quorum.
The AGM was conducted per the schedule and agenda shared with the community members on various forums and dates before the event. Key highlights & matters approved by the AGM attendees are below;
The Executive Council presented complete financial & performance reports in the AGM. The attendees unanimously approved the reports.
A motion received from the community members related to extending the Executive Council term from two to three years was also presented at the AGM. The attendees unanimously approved the motion. The change will enact immediately, meaning; the current elected Executive Council will now have a three-year term.
After incorporating the amendments approved in AGM, a revised PANZ Constitution will be available to the community.
