He is an expert and senior level tertiary education executive in New Zealand and is well known and respected for his contributions in the tertiary education sector.
He has successfully owned and managed a number of Private Training Establishments in New Zealand for the past twenty years. His education career pathway commenced from Tertiary Lecturer to Head of the Department, Dean, Director of Studies, Principal, and Shareholder and Director of medium to large-size private training establishments in New Zealand. Previously, he has a senior level management experience in Quick Service Restaurant, Textiles, and Cigarette industries.
He has been an Honorary Investment Counsellor for Pakistan in New Zealand from 2013 to 2018. He has played a key role in establishing strategic ties between New Zealand and Pakistan.
His recent role includes leading a large education delivery project of Huadu International in New Zealand. As a CEO he is responsible for strategy formulation and its implementation to achieve high quality education outcomes at a business level.
He has been part of a number of formal and government-to-government delegations from New Zealand to Pakistan, China, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Philippines.
He has various current and past affiliations with various public, government, non-profit and community organisations, notably he is the full current member of Christchurch Business Club, current Board member of Marrist Herewood Club, current member of Institute of Directors (IoD), current member of Independent Tertiary Education New Zealand (ITENZ), and former member of the focus group for Future State of New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA).
Qaiser is married and have five grown up boys, who are successfully embarking their careers in finance, architecture, law and engineering Alhamdulilah.
