The AGM will be held as follows:

Time: 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM

1. Any notice of motion to be considered at the AGM must be submitted to the Secretary(panznz@gmail.com) no later than 5:00 pm, 21 October. Such notices must be in writing and signed by a proposer and a seconder, both of whom must be financial members.
2. Only financial members shall have the right to vote at the AGM.
3. All existing financial members and those intending to become new financial members of PANZ must fill in the membership and pay their annual subscription in order to participate in the voting.
